Formed in 2018, Static Diversion is a Raleigh-based cover band that plays many different styles including alternative rock songs, 80’s hits and dance/funk. There’s a good chance you’ll recognize many of the bands we cover including The Cars, Coldplay, Ben Folds, a-ha, Kool and the Gang, RHCP, Daft Punk, and many more. Static Diversion is - Lee Abston (keyboard, lead vocals), Dominick Finelle (guitar, vocals), Dan Williford (bass) and Armando Alvarez (drums, vocals). We are experienced musicians, each having a unique background of musical influences and sharing a deep passion for playing music and having fun on stage.
